Fabrication
Fabrication services encompass a variety of processes, including welding according to ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 codes, sheet metal cutting, bending, and rolling, as well as pipe and beam cutting and bending. Additionally, fit-up and pre-assembly preparation are conducted, followed by painting and finishing operations to ensure high-quality products.
Machining
Machining services cover a range of processes essential for creating precision components. Turning includes roughing and finishing, thread machining, and surface serration for optimal functionality. Milling involves facing, squaring, slotting, and contouring to meet specific requirements. Grinding achieves smoother surfaces, while drilling ensures accurate hole creation.
